The Promised List of Hotels, Motels and B&B’s

“It just felt like whenever we stayed in a hotel we became road warriors. It seemed like we bonded better and got more focused.”  — Chris Kenney

To all you Road Warriors out there, here is a short list of lodging options for your trip to Akron for the CMI Spring Conference in May.

This is NOT an exhaustive list, just a few tried ‘n’ true places that are safe, near shopping and within a short drive to church.

I know the conference isn’t until May, but I thought by posting this now, you’ll have plenty of time to bargain hunt, use promo codes, Priceline, etc….

Save The Date! CMI Spring Conference

We’ve had a few people ask when this year’s CMI Spring Conference will be….And while there are still some details that need to be worked out, we thought we’d send you the basic information early, so you can reserve the dates, make travel arrangements, take time off work, etc.
The first session will begin at 1pm on Friday, May 4th and will run through early Sunday afternoon, May 6th. The speaker schedule has yet to be finalized, but rumor has it we’ll be hearing from JW Luman, Jared Henderson, Rabon Byrd and Jason Henderson.
For those of you with young ones, quality childcare and children’s activities will be provided.
The sessions will be broadcast live using the Webex program found on the MSF website under the “Live Video Class” link, so if you really can’t come to Ohio in person, at least you can be with us “live time” via the Internet. (If you haven’t used Webex to sign into one of our services yet, I’m here to tell you it’s the next best thing to being there!)
We’ll keep you posted on nearby hotel and housing arrangements as soon as that information becomes available. Updates will be posted on the MSF website under the “MSF News” link, so remember to check here often!
